"So happy with Serenity. First time getting my hair cut and coloured here. They are absolutely lovely people, understood what I was after even though I wasn't sure to start with. Listened to everything I asked for and did a fabulous job. I have very thick and long wavy hair which often can be a challenge for hairdressers but they nailed it. I had a quarter head of foils and wanted a very natural look with curtain bangs and it was perfect. Great price too. Although I would go there just for the vibe because they made my experienceso lovely. You can tell all the staff are treated well there too. 10/10!"

The salon is really easy to access with none of the expenses and issues that parking at Penrith Plaza has. Really happy with the prices too - exactly what I was quoted on the phone. "I took my daughter for her first haircut a few months ago, and I'm so sorry but I don't remember the hairdressers name, I think it was Laura! She was wonderful, very gentle and patient, they had a special gown, and toy bag to keep her happy. She took the the time to acknowledge the milestone for first time parents, taking photos for us, and keeping some of her hair. Also the haircut was great and very affordable. Thanks for a great experience."
