"So happy with Serenity. First time getting my hair cut and coloured here. They are absolutely lovely people, understood what I was after even though I wasn't sure to start with. Listened to everything I asked for and did a fabulous job. I have very thick and long wavy hair which often can be a challenge for hairdressers but they nailed it. She was wonderful, very gentle and patient, they had a special gown, and toy bag to keep her happy.
